Amazing experience. We were a group of 3 friends traveling the Amalfi coast, and started our trip in Ischia. The staff at this hotel made this place so special. We had 2 male waiters (I wish we had written down their names, they were at breakfast too) on our second night at the restaurant at the hotel, who were absolutely exceptional! They were so friendly and welcoming, they remembered us from breakfast, remembered our dietary restrictions, they laughed with us, and made sure that everything was perfect. We can't say enough good things about this place. The included breakfast was also fantastic, and they had plenty of options that are celiac friendly (including croissants!). The spa is also a lovely touch. You get 45 minutes booked spa time for you to spend in the spa alone. The facilities are a little dated, but it was very clean and a very relaxing environment. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Room was well positioned aspect at front of hotel. Shower unit was a little compact but that is down to when the hotel was built. Linen was good quality. Pool area was lovely well planted (music a little loud for my taste but easily sorted with headphones). Breakfast was extensive and Sarah was very friendly and extremely helpful. Did have dinner in the restaurant upstairs as a special occasion - would suggest that menus (with pricing) be displayed in reception/beside pool for people staying. Prices are on the high end (no issue with this as food offering was excellent quality and chef is bespoke cooking) however may be a shock to some customers to be presented with pricing when seated. May be on the HotelAp already did not look at same.

Treasa

The style of the hotel is lovely, clean and modern but also comfortable. The pool and pool restaurant are fantastic. All the staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is a short walk to restaurants, shops, beach and castle. Also only 15 minutes in a cab from the port. Breakfast is great. A complimentary drink voucher is given on arrival and the view from the roof bar is stunning.

Phyllis

The hotel was clean, always smelt fresh and has a lovely pool area. The beds and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was better than expected for an Italian hotel! Location wise, it was perfect for us. Close to the port and the castle area with lots of shops, restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. All the staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble.

Juliette

Both Lorenzos (Lorenzi) were amazingly helpful. The rooftop view was spectacular! We got a free upgrade with one room and we’re next door to each other. The terrace off our room was perfect for us to socialize. Breakfast was delicious. Spa was quaint and all to ourselves for 45 minutes. Book early! We could walk everywhere to access shops and restaurants.
